Each farm runs a little differently — different crops, different teams, different paperwork. Koru gives every site the same farm app with a voice assistant, and gives the office the Hub: one list of all farms, with who works where and what needs attention.
Every site in one list.
The Farms page counts farms, parcels, workers and active tasks. Each site's row shows when work was last recorded, how far setup has got, and its alerts: overdue tasks, low stock, expiring batches, overdue invoices. A feed shows the last 30 days of activity. Sites are not compared with each other; open a farm to see its detail.

One team register. One machine register.
Add people once and decide which farms each works on, and with what role. Keep their licences with attachments; a change to a licence carries to the farms that person works on. Register shared machines with ITEAF and ROMA certificates and assign them to farms. Pushing corporate protocols to every site is not built — talk to us if you need it.

There is no ERP connection and no API today. If you need one, talk to us.

Each farm keeps its own field book, stock and costs. Nothing is merged across sites.
What works today, and what does not.
Mid-size operator
A company with several farms keeps them all under one hub. The office sees each site's activity and alerts; people on site record work in Koru Lite, by voice or by form. Farms created under the hub run on the hub's plan, so no site needs a plan of its own.
Vertically integrated
Koru records the harvest: quantities, deliveries and the transport document that leaves with the trailer. Pre-harvest intervals are checked against the recorded harvest and raise a warning. Feeding these records into a traceability or processing system is not built — talk to us if you need it.
Multinational
Compliance checks and the Cuaderno de Explotación cover Spain. Slovakia is in early access: the Slovak interface and cadastre lookup work, while national registers and compliance checks are not built. The app is available in Spanish, English and Slovak.
