A cooperative often looks like this: some members on paper, some on Excel, some on different farm apps, and an office that phones round to learn who has done what. Koru gives each member a farm app with a voice assistant — and gives the cooperative the Hub: one list of its farms, people and machines.

The Farms page counts farms, parcels, workers and active tasks, and shows the last 30 days of activity across them. Each farm's row carries its last activity, setup progress and alerts: overdue tasks, low stock, expiring batches, overdue invoices. Open a farm from the list to work in it.

Members, machines and licences, kept in one place.
Invite people, give each a role and decide which farms they work on. Record their licences with attachments, and Koru counts which are valid, expiring or expired. Register shared machines once, with their ITEAF and ROMA certificates, and assign them to farms.

What works today, and what does not.
Local cooperative
A local cooperative gives each member Koru Lite and keeps the Hub in the office. The office sees which farms are set up, when each last recorded work and whose licence is about to expire. Each member exports their own field book as a PDF; nothing is filed for the cooperative as a whole.
Regional federation
Today a hub holds its farms directly: one organisation, one list. A level above several cooperatives is not built, and neither is sending catalogues or policies down to members. If your federation needs it, talk to us and tell us how you work.
Producer association
Members of an association record their treatments in Koru Lite, checked against Spain's MAPA register; the checks warn, they do not block. Shared protocols and reports for a certifying body are not built. Talk to us about what your board needs.

Tell us how many farms and members you have and we will agree a price. Farms created under the hub run on the hub's plan and need none of their own. EU GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU, your data stays yours.
