A farm product in production
Koru Lite is a web app for farmers, with an Android app that keeps parcel outlines and queues activities without signal. By October 2026 it carries parcels on SIGPAC, activities, crop cycles and campaigns, harvest and deliveries, a finance section with cost per hectare and per kilo, an AI assistant that understands Spanish, English and Slovak, and Spain's field book with PDF export. It is built for Spain first; Slovakia is in early access.

The hub shows the farms of one organisation: counters for farms, parcels, workers and open tasks, an activity feed for the last 30 days, alerts for overdue tasks and low stock, and members, equipment and licences in one place. Open any farm from the list. There is no comparison between farms and no filter by fund, region or operator.

Cost per hectare, farm by farm.
On each farm Koru turns recorded work into money: labour, own machines, contractors and water, shown as cost per hectare and cost per kilo, from the rates the farm declares. A campaign can be put beside the previous one. The treatment, water and fertiliser records are all there; ESG and certification reporting are not built.

Each parcel's history by crop, a page per campaign, harvest quantities and deliveries.
Team and roles
Owner, admin, member and read-only roles. The operator records the work; an owner can be invited to look.
Data export
Reports exported by hand as CSV or PDF. There is no API and no automatic feed.
On the roadmap
Irrigation in minutes per parcel, photo diagnosis, reading of lab reports, and access for advisers. Not built yet.
Countries
Spain, with its registers and compliance checks. Slovakia in early access: Slovak interface and cadastre lookup; registers planned.
What each gets today.
Land funds
An owner of several farms gets the hub: every farm in one list with counters, alerts and licences, and cost per hectare inside each farm. Reports are exported by hand as CSV or PDF. There is no fund-level roll-up, no ESG report and no feed into LP reporting — if you need those, talk to us.
Operating partners
Operators record the work in the app, by voice or by hand. An owner or capital partner can be invited to a farm with a read-only role and see the same records the operator sees.
Impact investors
The treatment, water and fertiliser records an impact report would need are in each farm's field book. Koru does not calculate pesticide load, water footprint or any other ESG metric, and it has no certification report.
