CUE Logbook overview

What CUE is, why it matters, and how Koru handles it.

CUE is the Cuaderno de Explotación required by Spanish authorities. Koru builds it from the activities you record and exports it as a PDF. Koru does not send it to SIEX: you download the file and present it yourself.

The CUE logbook is a module for farms in Spain. If you do not see CUE Compliance under Reports, the module is not active for your farm.

What CUE includes

Every fertilization, treatment, and irrigation event is logged in the CUE format. Koru maps your activities to the official codes automatically and checks them against its compliance rules.

How the export works

1. Open Reports → CUE Compliance
2. Run the compliance check and review what it found
3. Fix the issues it lists
4. Press Export CUE — the PDF appears in the export history

What if there's an error?

The check flags issues before you export. Many of them come with a fix action — for the ROPO licence, the SIGPAC reference or the crop — that opens the record to correct. Fix it and run the check again.

Export history

Every export is kept and can be downloaded again. For an inspection, hand over the PDF.
