Farm setup

Create your farm and work through the six setup steps at your own pace.

After you create your account, Koru asks for a few details, creates your farm and opens a six-step Setup page. You can skip any step and come back later — progress is saved.

Before you start

You'll need:

A Koru account (ask for a demo — sign-up on the site is not open yet)
Your PAC declaration as a PDF (farms in Spain) — optional, but the fastest way to add parcels
A few minutes of quiet, ideally on a desktop

The welcome form

Farm name, country, province and farm type, plus the GDPR consent box. Press Continue and your farm is created.

The six steps

Account and farm — already done.
Farm location — put a pin on the map; it becomes the centre of your map view.
Holder details — NIF/NIE, name, phone, email and address. The CUE export needs them.
Your first parcel — upload your PAC PDF, search SIGPAC by code, or enter a parcel by hand.
A worker — a name is enough; anyone who applies plant protection products also needs a ROPO number and its expiry date.
Equipment — sprayers and dusters also need their ITEAF inspection.

Importing parcels from your PAC

Pick the PDF (up to 32 MB). Koru reads every parcel with its SIGPAC code, area and crop and shows you a preview. Check it and press Import. A large file can take a few minutes.

Some parcels arrive with a code but no shape. They show as Pending at the top of the Parcels page — select them and press Add to Map to fetch their boundaries.

Log your first activity

Open the assistant and say or type "register a fertilization on parcel 12 with 50 kg of urea". The assistant shows a draft; confirm it and your first activity is saved.
